We are still in the process of remodeling our farmhouse but would like to share our beautiful place. On the property there is a fire pit where one can have a cozy campfire. There is plenty of space for children to build huts or jump on the trampoline, cuddle with our pony Tequila, feed chickens, collect fresh eggs themselves. Within cycling distance there is the barefoot path that children often can't get enough of. Our meadow has its own footpath which has been made possible by Routebureau Groningen and is included in the walking network. You can also cycle our own surprise cycling routes of various lengths. Wifi is available, but our motto is: "in the woods there is no wifi but a better connection".
Nature and surroundings
Our camping field is located on our 3 hectare terrain in the garden of Groningen, the beautiful Westerkwartier where one is constantly surprised by the changing landscape with its meadows and fields, marshes, heaths and peat ponds and wooded enclosures. A maximum of 5 tents and or caravans or campers are allowed. Just back to basics enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax. In the common room there is a fully equipped kitchen, a pool table, pinball, shuffleboard and darts, a closet full of books, magazines, games and craft stuff. So here you can have a good time in case the weather is not so good. On the grounds there is a fire pit where you can make a cozy campfire.
