Lots of privacy - beautifully located comfortable nature house (about 120 m2) on forest plot of 3500m2 in the outskirts of Winterswijk. 6 psn (3 slk, 2 badk), spacious kitchen (oven / dishwasher), pantry and living room, large terrace with unobstructed views over sheep pasture. The nature house is very quiet. The area is beautiful: scenic landscape for cycling and walking, swimming lakes, nature reserves, streams. There are many places to eat and a vineyard is around the corner, as is a golf course. Beautiful towns. Plenty of things for children to do. Cozy Winterswijk Center and Germany nearby. There are bikes, hammocks to use and play area to spare. BBQ and outdoor fire stove. Trampoline. Table tennis. Games, books, Donald Ducks and fast internet. It is our second home where we like to stay ourselves and which we rent out to nature lovers by arrangement.
Nature and surroundings
You walk out of the door directly into nature. Forest, meadows, beautiful birds, deer, horses, landscapes, streams and farms everything is around the corner. Beautiful villages, swimming lakes (Hilgelo and Strandbad), stores, restaurants and cafes are within cycling distance. Beautiful cycling and walking routes. Winterswijk has nice stores, there is an escape room and the Mondrian Museum.
