The cottage is small and cozy. The bed in the attic offers a lovely view of the nearby meadow. It’s especially beautiful under a full moon. We didn’t use the bathroom because there was a shared, more spacious, and nicer one right next door. The kitchenette is small but perfectly adequate for making a cup of coffee or tea. The fireplace is probably still used, which gives the room a strong smoky smell. You might be sensitive to that. And there were a huge number of flies, which was sometimes hard to put up with. The locally grown products being sold were excellent. The owners were also extremely friendly.
