With private pool, two large and two smaller terraces, a sun terrace upstairs, a shaded terrace downstairs and with the most beautiful views, you can vacation in this Villa every day without having to leave the house! But of course you can. Thanks to its strategic location there are many choices, from mountain walks, city trips to Valencia and Alicante to the dynamic nightlife of Benidorm. A private car is recommended. The first floor of this nature house has three bedrooms is accessible both directly from the living room and outside via the terrace and a side entrance. The master bedroom (with air conditioning) has its own shower and toilet. The large bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and bathtub and washing machine. The two other bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) are on the same floor . On the lower floor is the apartment with double bed, kitchen, bathroom and next to a large terrace the 10x4 m pool.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house can accommodate 8 people. The Villa distinguishes itself by playful use of height differences. This makes this residence less suitable for people who have difficulty walking. The villa has two parking spaces. The front door is accessed via a 30m2 terrace accessed on both sides with outdoor stairs to the first floor. The living room and new luxury kitchen are adjacent to a 60m2 terrace accessible through sliding doors. The views from this terrace are breathtaking due to the sunrises and sunsets and the wide views of Mediterranean sea, Altea and the mountains. On this floor there is also a separate toilet. From this large sun terrace a staircase gives direct access to the private pool. The entire plot of 750 m2 is enclosed for private use End of 2020, the WiFi to 300 MB/s increased and since 2021 there is also Google TV so streaming with your smartphone or tablet not to miss anything (eg ziggo ) goes super easy

Prima huis met alles er op en er aan. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht, ruime terrassen en zwembad.
Prachtige vergezichten rondom het huis.
