The gîte is at the end of a long driveway on the D23, 5 minutes by car from Miradoux and 10 minutes from Lectoure, both of which have shops, amenities and places to discover. The gîte is also within easy reach of the A62 motorway. The nature house has a surface area of 350 m². It is the former home of the farming couple who have been cultivating the farm organically for over 35 years. It's an old stone Gascon nature house, which keeps the interior cool in summer. 4 double bedrooms with washbasins and a large bathroom with washbasin, shower, corner bath with relaxing bubbler and invigorating water jets. 2 WCs. 1 bedroom with private bathroom: washbasin, shower and WC. 1 shared games room. The farm buildings visible on the aerial photo are no longer in use. The only animals on the farm are a horse, a dog, a cat and a few chickens.

I welcome you to our wooded grounds in the Gers hills. The gîte benefits from a remarkable geographical location: situated on a hill in the middle of fields and parkland, the surrounding hills are dominated by a château on one side and a ruin on the other. The famous GR65 hiking trail runs alongside the park, sharing a hedge with it. Numerous walks and bike rides are available. SWIMMING POOL BioPoolTech ecological wooden pool, salt- and chlorine-free, maintained with active oxygen and UV light. No chemicals are used to treat the water: it's safe to drink! BOULODROME AND PLAYGROUND In the wooded park, the gîte has a boulodrome and a children's playground, both shaded by trees.
