NEW INGERATED cottage in 2025. An attractive cottage, on the edge of forest and meadow, quiet and private. The cottage is located in a wooded garden of 1070 m2 where you can relax. The garden is completely fenced, between the trees you look into the meadows and nature reserves. In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands where at night the starry sky is clearly visible. Ideal for those seeking peace in nature and to feel at home, with modern velvet furniture and fine beds. Also a suitable silence spot for solo retreats. Or for concentrated work, with high-speed internet. It is allowed to bring two dogs to this cottage. The cottage has three beds, a double of 160 and two beds of 90 cm that can easily be made into a double bed. There is a baby bed and booster seat. The cottage is fully equipped with appliances such as a toaster, toaster and espresso machine, combi oven, wifi, smarttv and cd player.

Via sandy paths you walk or cycle from the cottage directly into the adjacent protected nature reserve with forests and raised bog or you cycle through the authentic countryside in 10 minutes to the cozy and versatile Winterswijk. Various walking and cycling routes are waiting for you in the cottage. These begin when you step out the door. Within five minutes walking distance you are at the Korenburgerveen or the Trimbos. The area around the vacation home is known for its beautiful nature (Bekendelle / Wooldse Veen), old (Scholten) farms and the Steengroeve. Winterswijk has the predicate National Landscape by this nature. Winterswijk is at 10 minutes cycling distance. The center has many nice stores, cozy cafes and restaurants, museums such as Villa Mondriaan and the weekly (Wednesday/Saturday) market. A beautiful piece of the Achterhoek can be found here! The German border is also three kilometers away. The cottage is top in both winter and summer!
