Nature house in Huldenberg

Our cottage is located on a hill in a wooded area, the trees around the house bring great coolness on summer days. The terrace is sunny all day long. It is blissfully quiet, far away from the street. Through the trees you have a view of the surrounding fields. In the morning you wake up to the singing of birds. The house was built in 2010 and well insulated. There is a double bed in the room upstairs and a children's room on the ground floor. All modern comfort is available: shower, electric stove, oven, microwave, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer, double bed of 2mx 1.80m. Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels. We built this cottage ourselves and we hope you will enjoy and care for it as much as we do.

Our cottage is located 2 km from the Meerdaal forest, one of the largest forests in Flanders, and 1 km from the Doode Beemde nature reserve. While cycling along small roads you can reach Leuven (12km) in half an hour. There is an organic farm store with bread, vegetables, fruit and apple juice at 500m. We have an organic flower picking garden where you can come and pick your own bouquet (1.5 km), There are restaurants (3km) and general food stores (2km) , train (2km) and bus in the vicinity. The cottage is a perfect base to explore the region by bike or on foot and enjoy nature.
