IDEAL FOR COUPLES, suitable for small families with babies. Nature house, in the green and silence, offers a magnificent view of the Val Di Chiana and is just a few km, walkable, from the city of Cortona A magnificent fireplace, the terrace equipped with table and umbrella to eat, read or rest, a balcony where you can have breakfast or an aperitif overlooking the valley make your stay particularly pleasant. The person in charge of welcoming you speaks fluent English and is able to handle any minor inconveniences that might occur.
Nature and surroundings
Located in the hills just outside the walls of the historic center of Cortona in Torreone. Only a 30-minute walk from the center, it is located in one of the most beautiful and least visited areas by tourists, surrounded by greenery. The house, lovingly cared for in every detail, is comfortable and peaceful, with magnificent views of the mountain, the valley, and Lake Trasimeno. In the distance, on a clear day, you can see Mount Amiata. On foot from the house you can reach chestnut forests, where you can collect mushrooms or simply admire the view. the climate is pleasant, always dry and well ventilated. At night the silence is almost absolute. One can only hear spradically the barking of a dog or the crowing of a rooster. CAUTION. The deposit is only cautionary, in case there is damage. Otherwise it will be refunded at the end of the stay.

Alles wat nodig was, was er. Geen overdadige luxe maar alles was netjes en functioneel.

Het huisje biedt alles wat je nodig hebt, alleen vaatwasser zou nog handig zijn. Het laatste stuk van de toegangsweg gaat over een onverhard bergpad, daar moet je goed opletten, vooral als het donker is.
Rustige omgeving en een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras
