No matter the season, you can spend hours there hiking, biking, and enjoying nature. The white peacocks at Staverden Estate (the smallest town in the Netherlands), the sheepfold on the Ermelose Heath, the Leuvenum forests, and the Beekhuizerzand are all just a short distance away. You can go on an excursion with a forest ranger to spot wildlife, learn about the history of nature at the Pakhuis museum, take covered wagon rides, and enjoy countless other activities. The Hanseatic town of Harderwijk, with its cozy outdoor cafes along the boulevard, is within biking distance. At the Randmeren, you can go surfing, sailing, or relax on the beach. For the more active, a cycling route passes right by the cottage, and deep in the woods, you’ll find a mountain bike trail stretching up to 45 km.

Honestly, you won't regret booking this cottage.
Echt, u zult van een boeking van dit huisje geen spijt krijgen.
Truly a beautiful and spacious cottage in a wooded area. It was decorated in a warm and cozy style and came fully equipped with all the amenities. When we arrived, there were two bottles of juice and a welcome note waiting for us. It smelled wonderfully of Rituals, and the cottage was very clean. We felt right at home. Communication with the owners was also very pleasant and smooth. We had a wonderful time!
We voelden ons meteen welkom. Ook de communicatie met de eigenaars verliep erg fijn en vlot. Wij hebben genoten!

Beautiful house, fully furnished, and a lovely, well-fenced yard.
Mooi huis, intichting compleet, en fijne goed omheinde tuin.
It was in a quiet location; we could walk right into the woods.
Rustig gelegen, konden direct het bos inlopen.
