There’s plenty of space thanks to the large workspace (also great with small children) and the sunroom (unheated), where meals can be served if desired. The property features plenty of nature and the option to build a fire in the evening. Arrangements for firewood can be made on-site. Exclusive use of the property by your group. With its location right on the Waaldijk, next to the floodplains and De Hurnse Kil nature reserve, this is the ideal spot for your activity in peace and privacy. Meal arrangements can be discussed. The residential and training farm is situated in a beautiful spot on the floodplains of the Waal River. Through the windows all around, you can see the naturally landscaped garden, which invites you to stroll through it and unwind. Behind the dike lies the Hurnse Kil nature reserve. It’s a great place for walking, biking, and swimming—and, in winter, ice skating! If you’re looking for a bit more action, take a beautiful walk along the dike or hop on a bike to historic Zaltbommel. Here you’ll find a full range of shops and, of course, cozy terraces both inside and outside the Waterpoort. You can climb the square tower of Zaltbommel (St. Maarten Church) on weekends.
