Welcome to the Nature house in Schnepfenthal, a quiet district of Waltershausen. Our charming log cabin on the outskirts of the village offers you the perfect getaway in the middle of nature. The accommodation is ideal for up to four people and includes two cozy bedrooms with double beds. A modern bathroom with bathtub and separate shower as well as an additional guest WC ensure comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook with coffee, tea and a selection of spices. You can enjoy your meals in the kitchen dining area or in the cozy living room. When the weather is nice, our 1400 square meter, natural garden awaits you - an idyllic retreat with seating, barbecue and fire bowl. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors or relax in the evening. Let yourself be enchanted by the peace and beauty of our Nature house and spend an unforgettable time surrounded by nature.
Nature and surroundings
The area surrounding our Nature house is a paradise for nature lovers. Numerous hiking trails and nature paths start right outside the door, ideal for hikes and relaxing walks. The nearby Thuringian Forest Railway takes you comfortably through the picturesque landscape to Waltershausen, Tabarz and Gotha. There is also a connection to the Deutsche Bahn, so you can explore the surrounding area flexibly. If you want to go shopping, Waltershausen is within walking distance; there you will also find good bakeries and other stores. Just 500 meters away is an inn with a butcher's shop that offers regional specialties. Our accommodation is therefore the ideal starting point for active vacationers and nature lovers who are looking for relaxation in charming surroundings.
