The structure is divided into two floors, on the ground floor by large eat-in kitchen, made of vietri creamics with Mediterranean flavor. Living room with two sofas in front of the stone fireplace. Dining room with Vintage bookcase adorned with old-fashioned objects and large table. The whole ground floor is in one room, plus we have a small one bathroom. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms with belvedere on the Irpina countryside and a bathroom with Shower and Bidet. The outside of the house consists of a 3000 sqm garden with secolari olive trees. Near the house there is a whole terracotta tiled zonne with gazebo and canopies to spend hours relaxing outside. The canopy adjacent to the kitchen equipped with barbecue and oven and stone sink. Adjacent to the living room we have a gazebo with brick living room. The house is independent and is about 800m from the village. The nature house can accommodate up to 9 people. The price is for 4 people
Nature and surroundings
The Holiday House is located in Luogosano in a small and ancient town, within the regional park of the middle valley of heat. City of wine, 'oil and healthy climate. For the ancient Romans was a center for the care of body and mind, thanks to the salubriousness of 'air, hence the name LUOGOSANO. From the naturalistic point of view, a center of biodiversity rich in flora and fauna including the pink heron, otter, kingfisher, peregrine falcon.
