Our Ferienhaus is a modern vacation home with multiple accommodations and is beautifully located in picturesque Bad Sachsa. Nature house offers besides a 2 pers.room with En-Suite bathroom and two 2-pers. fully equipped apartments, of which Balcony is one. A detached chalet with private garden we can also offer. The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen, a modern living room and a spacious bedroom with bathroom.Bad Sachsa is a vacation resort on the sunny southern side of the Harz, about 350 km from the Dutch border. The Harz and Bad Sachsa are a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and motorcyclists. Several hiking and mountain bike routes even start literally in our backyard.

Before "the iron curtain" was lifted, Bad Sachsa was the last resort in West Germany. Here and there the silent witnesses such as the watchtowers of the VoPos (Volkspolizei GDR) can still be found in the landscape. Walking or cycling along and over the former minefields is a special experience. The Grenzlandmuseum Bad Sachsa provides an insightful overview of this chapter, even without doing any research. But there is also plenty to do for sportier pursuits. In Salztal Paradies, a 10-minute walk from us, you can skate all year round in the indoor ice rink.
