Our cozy nature house of 54m2 in the outskirts of Laren in the Achterhoek, is built by ourselves on the floor of a barn. To fully enjoy peace and space, we have chosen a design without too much exuberance of electrical appliances. There is Wifi, but deliberately no TV. The presence of a cozy pellet stove makes it suitable for a stay in winter. At night it is still really dark here and you can hear nature. The accommodation has beautiful views of a cozy, organic, lush garden with old trees, in a typical Achterhoek coulisse landscape with grazing deer and many birds. There are bicycles for rent to explore the beautiful surroundings. In the garden is a spacious guest spot overlooking the meadows. Unfortunately no baby, children or pets.
Nature and surroundings
Walking and cycling can be done to your heart's content here in the Achterhoek. The Pieterpad passes at 1 km distance. There are cycle junction routes which take you to moors such as the "Grote Veld" with its flock of sheep or the "Gorsselse Heide". But you can also visit various estates and castles around Vorden. Bedroom a little cold but living room good warm with the stove, lovely atmosphere! We have walked Pieterpad and an afternoon in Deventer.
