Nature house in Bakkeveen

Welcome to beautiful Bakkeveen! Located against the forest edge and overlooking the meadows, you will immediately get the vacation feeling upon arrival. The cozy village center is about 1 kilometer from the cottage. The nature house is simply furnished with original Piet Zwart kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, electric four-burner stove, pressure cooker, coffee maker and microwave. The living room offers a beautiful view of the garden and the adjacent meadow, where deer can regularly be seen. The large garden with forest park (and pond) offers many opportunities to sit outside in privacy. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a shower room. The rental price of the cottage includes made beds, gas/water/electricity/internet, final cleaning, kitchen linen and two towels per person. Optionally, a high chair and crib can be booked at a small additional cost. Check out on Sunday is possible until 22:00.

The surroundings of Bakkeveen are very wooded and diverse. The cottage is within walking distance of the Bakkeveen Dunes, the maze park, observation tower, swimming pool and heathland. Landgoed de Slotplaats is a beautiful nature reserve and borders the Duurswouderheide. Bakkeveen is located on the border area of Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe. There are also several cycling and walking routes in the area. A wonderful place to discover what this region of Friesland has to offer.
