Welcome to our nature house!* NOTE: Would you like to check in on Friday? Then keep in mind that this is possible from 18.00! * We rent a very cozy antique caravan in the middle of an even cozier orchard, where you can drink wine on the veranda in the evenings, looking out over the meadow at sunset.... The caravan has a separate bedroom, living room, a small kitchenette, veranda and a separate bathroom area. The nature house is on the outskirts of Winterswijk, so you walk out of the path and are in the woods but the cozy center is also less than ten minutes by bike. The caravan is located on a railroad track, just a few minutes walk from Winterswijk West station * Pets not allowed.
Nature and surroundings
The surrounding area is beautiful for hiking and cycling. The landscape is diverse where forests and meadows alternate, there are also many protected areas including the beautiful Korenburgerveen. A little further away (about 10 minutes by bike) is a recreational lake where you can swim in the summer or have a drink at the beach club. Not only does the beautiful natural environment have much to offer, also the center of Winterswijk is very cozy. There are many nice lunch rooms, restaurants, small boutiques, lots of shopping opportunities, a service cinema, beach pool, museums and much more. On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a large goods market.
