Fully renovated farmhouse from 1830 combining Ardennes charm and modern comfort. The nature house is freely situated on 6000 m2 of land with south facing terrace, large garden with orchard and wide views over the countryside. Feels like "Home away from home": perfect place for all generations to get away with family or friends. The entire farm is available: a large living area and part of the stables. On the ground floor there is a large living room with an adjoining spacious cozy kitchen and a cozy fireplace room. Second floor: three very spacious bedrooms and a large modern bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is a table tennis table and table football, darts board. Suitable for up to 7 adults. There are two large double beds, a bunk bed, a separate single bed that can be added in each room and two cribs (crib and bed for children up to about 10 years). There are also two high chairs and stair gates.
Nature and surroundings
The farm is located in the heart of the Belgian-Luxembourg Ardennes 8 km from Houffalize and 13 km from Bastogne not far from the border with Luxembourg. Houffalize is a cozy village, tourist center and MTB Mecca. Boeur is a hamlet with about 30 houses where you can "hear the silence". A perfect place for MTB, hiking, canoeing or as a retreat far from city hectic. Bastogne is the regional capital with museums, lots of stores, delicatessens, restaurants etc.
