Beautiful chalet of over 75m2 with a spacious enclosed garden of 600m2. The nature house is fully equipped and offers lots of privacy. In the bedroom is an electrically adjustable double bed and in the 2nd bedroom a bunk bed. In the cozy living room there is a unique loam stove, comfortable seating area and an extensive game closet. The kitchen is very complete with dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, oven and nespresso machine. In the hallway are the bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Come and enjoy nature with lots of comfort, privacy and luxury. The veranda is a lovely place to have breakfast. The garden faces south and is equipped with trampoline, swing and go-karts for the children. In the garden you can pick your own fruit depending on the season. Furthermore, there are 3 bicycles available, including a bakfiets and you can use our season tickets graits the outdoor pool in Hoog-Keppel (apr-sept).

At less than 400m is the harbor of IJsselstrand where you can go with your own boat or rent a boat. The Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Doesburg are well worth a visit, the Veluwe is only 15min by bike where you can spot wildlife. Or follow the river IJssel on foot to Bronckhorst, the smallest town in the Netherlands. Also nearby you can follow some stages of the Pieterpad or explore the Achterhoek. Castle Keppel in Hoog-Keppel, the Posbank, the Velperwaarden or castle Rozendaal, it's all within 15 minutes. We enjoyed the fine cottage, which was very fully equipped. The welcome was warm, and there was a lot of information about the possibilities in the area. We had a lot of fun with the loam stove, which provided wonderful warmth. Also particularly notable is the large kitchen inventory, right down to a hand blender. The beds are nice and soft and warm enough in this chilly season. In short: highly recommended for anyone who loves peace, greenery and beautiful surroundings!
We hebben genoten van het fijne huisje, wat zeer compleet was uitgerust. De ontvangst was hartelijk, en er was veel informatie over de mogelijkheden in de omgeving.
