The studio is nestled in a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse on an olive farm near Casole d'Elsa, 40 minutes from the main tourist hotspots. The stone farmhouse has been restored over the years to create 3 totally separate apartments (one of which is my home) each with independent entrance , private terraces and garden space. The farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with spectacular views and magnificent sunsets. Hidden at the back of the farmhouse you can indulge in the privacy of this carefully restored ground floor apartment with two private garden terraces. It is cosy and full of character, combining modern and traditional materials- parquet flooring, beamed ceilings and stone-crafted windows. There is a well equipped kitchen / sitting area with sofa-bed, a comfortable bedroom space and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and basin. Enjoy a barbecue under big skies with magnificent sunsets and absolute silence.

A shared swimming pool (10 x 6.5 m, open April-October) is hidden at the end of a wooded path behind the house. There are 3 e decking areas with sun loungers, spaced at least 3m apart. The farmhouse is surrounded by garden and herbs which you are welcome to pick and use for your cooking. Barbecue for all.
