Since July 2024 we are new owners and have renovated. We bid you welcome, away from it all, in the middle of nature. Our cottage is hidden in the woods, on the edge of National Park De Hoge Veluwe, near the charming village of Otterlo. Whether you are looking for a romantic weekend away, quality time with the family or an active vacation among nature, our forest cottage is the ideal base. The house features a cozy living room with TV and a bay window. The luxurious, open corner kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the second bedroom can be used with a single bed or adapted to a double bed.
Nature and surroundings
Our forest cottage is hidden in the green, just outside the cozy village of Otterlo. You walk straight into nature, with at 1500 meters National Park De Hoge Veluwe and the Kröller-Müller Museum. Also heathland and sand drift De Zanding and nature reserve Planken Wambuis are within walking distance. The cottage is on a quiet dirt road, no vacation park, but plenty of privacy. From the front door start beautiful hiking and biking trails through forest and heath. Inside it is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. In Otterlo itself you will find a supermarket, bakery and fine restaurants. Ideal for those who want to experience nature and stay close to amenities.
