Escape the hectic and come home in the middle of greenery. Our cozy forest cottage is tucked away on the edge of National Park De Hoge Veluwe, near the charming village of Otterlo. Here you wake up to birdsong, walk straight from the front door into the woods and experience the tranquility that makes the Veluwe so special.Since we are the proud owners, we have completely modernized the cottage for an optimal comfortable stay. The house has a bright living room with cozy bay window and TV. For those who love to cook, there is a luxurious, open corner kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine with milk frother for a perfect start to the day. There are two flexible bedrooms: one with a spacious double bed and a second room that can be set up with a single bed or a double bed as desired. Ideal for couples, families or those looking for peace and quiet! We renovated the cottage in 2024 as new owners.

Experience ultimate tranquility in a unique place. Our forest cottage is hidden in the greenery on a characteristic, quiet dirt road just outside Otterlo. No busy vacation park, but complete privacy and the whisper of the trees around you. Here you are in the heart of the Veluwe. Just 1500 meters away you can walk straight into National Park De Hoge Veluwe, home of the world-famous Kröller-Müller Museum. The vast heathland of De Zanding and the impressive wilderness of Planken Wambuis are also within walking distance. Directly from the front door start the most beautiful hiking and cycling routes over sand drifts and through ancient forests. Although you stay in the middle of nature, the facilities are close by. In cozy Otterlo you will find an excellent bakery, supermarket and several fine restaurants.
