Nature house in Zutphen

Fine, but cramped for sleeping for more than four people, otherwise plenty of room.

Prima, maar voor meer dan vier personen krap om te slapen.
Voor de rest genoeg ruimte.

Beautiful spacious quiet place.

Communication and reception: Upon arrival, it was unclear where to report. We immediately found someone at the campsite, but this person did not know anything about our booking. As a result, we had to wait for a long time until the owner was available. Also for the owner it was searching for our correct accommodation. We had not received clear instructions beforehand and when we called, there was no answer. Clear communication about practical matters was also missing at check-out. State of the accommodation: The biggest problem was the hygiene. Despite paying €50 final cleaning, the cottage was not clean: cobwebs everywhere (with spiders), sticky surfaces in the kitchen, a very dirty oven and a pungent musty smell that could not be got rid of. Facilities and comfort: The oven failed during use and the refrigerator was too cold. The (sound) insulation was not good. Communicatie en ontvangst:
Bij aankomst was het onduidelijk waar we ons moesten melden. We vonden direct wel iemand op de camping, maar deze persoon wist niets van onze boeking af. Hierdoor moesten we lange tijd wachten tot de eigenaar beschikbaar was. Ook voor de eigenaar was het zoeken naar onze juiste accommodatie. Vooraf hadden we geen duidelijke instructies ontvangen en toen we zelf belden werd er niet opgenomen. Ook bij uitchecken ontbrak duidelijke communicatie over praktische zaken.

Staat van de accommodatie:
Het grootste probleem was de hygiëne. Ondanks het betalen van €50 eindschoonmaak was het huisje niet schoon: overal spinnenwebben (met spinnen), plakkerige oppervlakken in de keuken, een zeer vuile oven en een doordringende muffe geur die niet weg te krijgen was.

Faciliteiten en comfort:
De oven viel uit tijdens gebruik en de koelkast stond te koud. De (geluid)isolatie was niet goed. Slecht beddengoed.

Met meer aandacht voor hygiëne en communicatie heeft dit potentie

We stayed last weekend with three girlfriends in a Tiny house. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this stay because of several problems. The grass was way too high, so sitting outside comfortably was not possible. Weeds grew so high that windows could not close properly. The toilet has no privacy (window at seat height) and little legroom. The shower does not close, so the whole bathroom gets wet.Nice that a hot tub was possible. And nice that there was a bottle of wine on reception (no wine glasses provided) Zutphen, Arnhem and Deventer are nearby and cool to go to.

We hebben afgelopen weekend met drie vriendinnen verbleven in een tiny house. Helaas kunnen we dit verblijf niet aanbevelen vanwege verschillende problemen.

Het gras stond veel te hoog, waardoor comfortabel buitenzitten niet mogelijk was. Onkruid groeide zo hoog dat ramen niet goed dicht konden. Het toilet heeft geen privacy (raam op zithoogte) en weinig beenruimte. De douche sluit niet af, waardoor de hele badkamer nat wordt.
Fijn dat een hottube mogelijk was. En leuk dat er een fles wijn stond bij ontvangst (geen wijnglazen aanwezig)

Zutphen, Arnhem en Deventer zijn in de buurt en tof om naartoe te gaan.

Cottage is cozily furnished. Beds sleep great. Much rain, so little outside around cottage been. Well walked on the Veluwezoom.

Huisje is knus ingericht. Bedden slapen heerlijk. Veel regen, dus weinig buiten rondom huisje geweest. Wel heerlijk gewandeld op de veluwezoom.
