Our property De Heicohoeve includes these 4 sustainable tiny houses, each suitable for 1-6 persons. The houses are comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and (filter) coffee maker. There are 2 bedrooms each with 2 boxsprings (2.10m). On the mezzanine there are 2 slatted bases with mattresses (2.10m long), this is accessible via the stairs in the living room (see photo). There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the living room there is a dining and lounge area with TV. Each cottage has a hot tub which can be booked for €50 per fill. Breakfast service is also possible. In the garden is an outdoor fireplace with bbq grill. The cottages are a nice starting point for hiking and cycling routes. Various routes are available. Bike rental available on site. In the cottage there are several outdoor games and nature search maps. On Sundays a lazy sunday can be booked for €25 (until 18h).
Nature and surroundings
On the edge of growing Zutphen, we try to create and maintain our own green oasis through a combination of recreation, camping and urban agriculture. The cozy center of Zutphen, with many terraces and boutiques, is within biking distance. Many castle routes in the area. A clog path runs across the yard. In high season pizzas are baked in the stone oven on Saturday evenings. There is also a cozy grill kota in the yard. Chickens roam freely and there is an animal pasture with horses, miniature donkeys, pigs, goats, sheep and geese. For children there is plenty of outdoor space, a playground, go-karts, table tennis, 4-row, trampoline. In the yard are nesting kestrels, owls and barn owls. For dogs there is a fenced playground. In the gardens are young crops such as berries, raspberries, blackberries and herbs. Scattered around the yard you will find more and more edible crops, old and young fruit trees, pastures for animals and grain cultivation.

Al met al is de plek prachtig en heerlijk rustig, maar het huisje zelf kan wel wat verbeteringen gebruiken om het verblijf echt comfortabel te maken. Met wat aanpassingen zoals horren en een goede airco zou het echt een top plek kunnen zijn
Nature, peace & environment:The location of the cottage is beautiful and quiet. The cottage is nicely situated in nature, perfect to unwind. On the edge of an industrial area, but you notice nothing of it. The area is also top, we rented bikes and could enjoy the area to explore and the center of Zutphen to cycling in about 15/20 minutes. Unfortunately, the cottage itself was a bit disappointing. We had a lot of flies and mosquitoes, which made it not very comfortable and therefore we slept very badly. We also slept badly because of the heat, it was just too hot inside, especially at night. A tip for the owner: invest in good mosquito nets for the windows and doors. That would really make a world of difference!
De locatie van het huisje is prachtig en rustig. Het huisje ligt lekker in de natuur, perfect om even helemaal tot rust te komen. Wel aan de rand van een industrieterrein, maar daar merk je niets van. De omgeving is verder top, we hebben fietsen gehuurd en konden lekker op pad om de omgeving te verkennen en naar het centrum van Zutphen te fietsen in ongeveer 15/20 minuten.
Helaas viel het huisje zelf een beetje tegen. We hadden érg veel last van vliegen en muggen, wat het niet echt comfortabel maakte en daardoor erg slecht hebben geslapen. Daarnaast hebben we ook slecht geslapen door de warmte, het was binnen gewoon te heet, vooral 's nachts.
Een tip voor de eigenaar: investeer in goede horren voor de ramen en deuren. Dat zou echt een wereld van verschil maken!This text is automatically translated. -

Arnold December 22, 2023 General rating:Huisje zelf was prima. compleet en schoon. Extra lichtje achterin de keuken was welkom geweest, maar we waren er ook de donkere dagen voor kerst. Dus dan is het sowieso donker overal. Er was gezellige kerstversiering aangebracht (kersthuisje en een notenkraker). Dat werd erg gewaardeerd. Wel was de omgeving erg modderig, maar het heeft ook al heel lang geregend. Daar valt ook niet veel aan te doen.
Nature, peace & environment:prima. Het was voor ons voor 1 nacht onderkomen, dus niet echt natuur gezien. Ook heel veel regen gehad.
