Nature house in Chlomos

A typical Corfiot style house in a very quiet and relaxed location. A perfect place for relaxation and recharging your batteries. The nature house is situated in the area between Messonghi and Boukari south of Corfu. The house can sleep 4 persons and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large Kitchen and Living room . One bedroom has 2 single beds which could become one and the other bedroom has a double bed . The house is completely equipped. You don't need to bring anything with you. New Environmental Fee: Starting from January 1, 2024, in compliance with Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 by the Greek government, a new Environmental Fee, will be implemented. This fee is charged per House, per night, and its amount varies based on the period of stay. For the House , it amounts to €1.5 per night from March to October and €0.50 per night from November to February. The fee will be collected from guests upon check-in. Please be aware that this fee is mandatory as per the new legislation.

The nearest village is 2.7km away with everything you need (super markets , bars ,restaurants, Bus Stop ,organised beach , Pharmacy, Medical Doctors etc and 600metres from the house there are small tavernas serving fresh fish etc in a picturesque traditional Greek environment. The nearest quiet beach is just 330 metres away from the house.
