Detached nature house on spacious private lot. Ample parking. The nature house equipped with everything needed. South-facing terrace with electric awning. Bathroom with bath and shower, and separate toilet. Living room with sitting area, dining area and fireplace. WiFi and digitenne for TV. 2 bedrooms, on the ground floor one bedroom with a double bed. And an attic room with a single bed. Kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee makers (Senseo and Snelfilter), kettle, induction stove. Furthermore, everything present that a kitchen belongs. Around in wooded area and near the Gortelse Hei. Walking and cycling opportunities abound. Also a management nearby to ride a horse. Located near Emst, however, for more shopping is Epe and Vaassen good to do by bike or car.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house located among the trees on a spacious lot. No immediate neighbors or that others are allowed on the property. Accessible via a dirt road, so there is almost only local traffic passing by. Nearby is a riding school, and that is nice that horses regularly pass by. The property is minimally fenced, allowing deer and boar to roam the lot. During the day there is an abundance of birds and in the evening you can hear the owls. Biking and hiking in the immediate area is desirable. Nodes for bicycle tours start around the corner. Walking or cycling, the Gortelse hei is very close by. Here too, in the early morning or at dusk, there is a good chance of seeing wildlife. A day of wellness is also a possibility. Sauna De Bron in Emst is 5 km away. Emst is located between Epe and Vaassen, Emst itself has a supermarket but not much else. Vaassen is known as a shopping village. Epe has more stores and restaurants and is more fun to store.

Vrijdag 24 november tot maandag 27 november hadden wij dit huisje gehuurd.
Bij aankomst moest meneer het huis nog schoonmaken.
Savonds rook ik en mijn vrouw de afvoer van de douche en de wc.
De volgende ochtend wou ik even gaan douchen met tegenzin door de stank na goed kijken zagen we zwarte schimmel tussen de voegen en de muren.
Daarop zijn wij zaterdag ochtend weer weggegaan.
Na het kenbaar maken van onze bevindingen en dat we de volgende dag alweer weg zijn gegaan heeft de verhuurder nu na 5 dagen nog steeds niet gereageerd.
Zeer slechte ervaring en ook heel jammer dat het zo is gegaan.De plek waar dit huis staat is zeer mooi.

Prachtig huisje op mooie locatie. Goede faciliteiten. Helaas liet de communicatie te wensen over. Er was niemand toen we aankwamen en we hadden geen bericht gehad over de sleutel. Daarnaast was een van de slaapkamers op slot toen we aankwamen (rond 19u). Uiteindelijk kwam de verantwoordelijke de sleutel pas om 00.30 brengen. Zeer onprettig en erg onhandig.
Mooi huisje, veel ruimte. Rustig. Haardvuur beschikbaar (hout tegen extra betaling, 15 euro)
