Cozy and warm interior in solid wood construction with good amenities, with a large fenced garden with lawn, playground equipment and a small sandbox. The cottage has an area of 90m2 and a garden of 1200 m2. There is also an enclosed bike room. It is located in a quiet area where you can enjoy peace, space and nature. For the babies there is a high chair, travel baby bed and a care pillow. There is a large terrace and a bright veranda overlooking the garden. Bbq and wood for the fire basket is available. It is the 2nd cottage in that side street of the back bist, in the first 43a live the owners. There is a very spacious driveway. Sorting waste is desired, there is a green container for green waste. Smaller, not noisy, parties for family or friends are possible. Sunday departures are possible until 5pm.
Nature and surroundings
Located at 100 m from the Kesselse hei and the Nete there are hiking and biking opportunities galore and near the junction network. At 2km you also have the fortress of Kessel. Antwerp is 20 km away and cycling along the Nete you are 8 km from Lier, the city of Pallieter with its beguinage, swimming pool with water slide and sauna, the Zimmer Tower and nice cafes. Bobbejaanland and the Lilse bergen are also not far away. Ordinary bicycles are available free of charge.
