We had a wonderful long weekend at Dirk and Mary's. Run out of dishwasher cubes or missing a mattress? No problem! We only had to ask and Dirk was actually right on the doorstep to make our lives a little easier, and all with a big smile. What we really enjoyed was taking Mary's ''Clay & Chardonnay'' course during the weekend (Kerameri), which the eight of us took. We would love to come back again!

Uitstekende locatie en faciliteiten. Qua slaapgelegenheid zijn er 16 bedden, maar er zijn maar 5 echte slaapkamers (waarvan een een stapelbed). De slaapbanken kunnen gebruikt worden, maar met 12 mensen moest dit dus zou ik verwachten dat deze in bedmodus opgezet zouden worden. Het was nu met 12 al wel een puzzel. Huis met twee appartementjes ziet er verzorgd en netjes uit en de huiseigenaar geeft je een hartelijke ontvangst. Echter er zijn maar 5 slaapkamers en geen 7 zoals aangegeven in de omschrijving. Er zijn alleen smalle bed bankjes in de woonkamers van de appartementen. Maar dit zijn dus geen aparte slaapkamers. In het grote huis zijn de ouderlijke slaapkamer en slaapkamer met stapelbedden in de kelder waar het nog al vochtig muf ruikt en geen ramen met daglicht zijn. Tevens staat er op de foto in de keuken een Senseo apparaat welke bij aankomst niet meer aanwezig was waardoor we geen koffie konden zetten de eerste avond. De tuin is verder zeer verzorgd en mooi aangelegd en ook de sauna is prima voor wat extra ontspanning.
