Beautiful detached nature house on the estate Tongeren in the municipality of Epe. The nature house is fully equipped. Backyard is completely enclosed.
Nature and surroundings
On the Tongeren Estate are several enclaves, owned by family members. The nature house is such an enclave and covers an area of about 6000 m2, including forest and grassland. Until 1937 the nature house was part of the so-called Hul complex, a large mansion, surrounded by a coach house, a coachman's house and a teahouse. The large mansion was demolished in 1937 due to rising maintenance costs. The swimming pool that was behind the house was removed a few years ago for the safety of children.
