Nature house in Winterswijk Miste

In the outskirts of Winterswijk, popularly called the "Buutnland" in the Achterhoek, on an unpaved path lies this cottage. The nature house is rural and private. The access road immediately causes you to literally and figuratively go down a gear. The cottage and the large garden put you in the ultimate relaxation mode with squirrels jumping by and birds singing. The living room has a wood stove (wood included) for those long evenings. Gazing into the fire is a pleasant pastime. In the large garden surrounding the cottage, with unobstructed views and a vegetable garden, there are several seating areas. So you can rotate with the sun. There are three bedrooms in the cottage. The downstairs bedroom has a 140x200cm queen-size bed. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a double bed of 160x200cm in each room. The shower and separate toilet are on the ground floor. The cottage is mainly for rent as a midweek. In autumn and winter a week (end) is also possible.

The nature house is located in the National landscape Winterswijk. Beautiful hiking and / or cycling through the Achterhoek and Germany start at the front door. If you feel like good food or culture then Winterswijk with its Mondrian museum is a must. The town of Bredevoort is idyllic and with us often a stopover for coffee and cake. Winterswijk is one of the top three walking and cycling municipalities in the Netherlands. Visiting cities in Germany is also well possible. But do not forget the huge garden around the cottage. Sitting still and watching carefully almost always delivers surprises. And especially walk into the vegetable garden to harvest or to pick your own bouquet of wild flowers. This is how you take nature indoors or even into your own home. So that the memory of cottage Buitenland lasts for a while.
