Nature house in fayence

The nature house At 360 m altitude, a 380m2 Mas provençale has been built on over 3000 m2 of land, overlooking the Pays de Fayence valley. It comprises 5 houses: La maison du rangement (garage) La maison de la Terre La maison du Feu La maison de l'Air La maison de l'Eau La maison du Soleil A restanque further down, a 14x7m swimming pool with beach, small and large baths, waterfall, spa, solarium, rest area, pool house with wc shower and full kitchen... Another restanque below, a playground with goals, volleyball court, ping-pong, petanque court...

Le Mas des Cigaloux is a haven of peace and ecology in the heart of nature, just opposite the village of Fayence. It is made up of 7 active energies: 1 - Geothermal: 1 km of underground pipes on 2 levels connected to a heat pump, diffusing 22 degrees over 380m2. 2 - Hydrothermal: 1000l thermodynamic tank with heat exchanger, PAC solar hot water plate and resistance. 3 - 850m2 rainwater harvesting system, bar screen, decanter, 50m3 closed basin, for distribution to toilets, washing machines, drip irrigation and swimming pool. 4 - Doublissimo thermal and acoustic insulation 5 - 0 thermal bridges in all sloping ceilings 6 - Double thermal bridges on all aluminum openings 7 - Water economizers with venturi effect. We're currently working on an 8th hydrogen plant, and are looking for partners.
