With piano! Comfortable and tasteful house surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of privacy and unobstructed views. Suitable for families with children and babies or groups of friends. The heart of the house is the very spacious kitchen (fully equipped) with log table and wood stove, next to it a living room with TV and well playable piano. The house and garden offer complete privacy. Kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms with box spring beds (1 on the BG), 2 bathrooms with good showers (1 on the BG) and toilet upstairs and downstairs. Large garden with fantastic views and a lovely terrace. Come and enjoy this beautiful piece of Friesland! One and a half hour drive from the Randstad. Suitable for working from home! Good internet (fiberglass). There are height differences between the different rooms, therefore the house is not suitable for disabled people. 145 m2 house on 1200 m2 plot. Pleasant manager, everything clean and present.
Prettige beheerder, alles schoon en aanwezig.
Large backyard, road in front due to clinkers noisy. Landlord's response: The clinker road has now been replaced with a stone (and a different laying pattern) that produces much less noise. Also, the road has become much quieter due to redesign of the area.
Grote achtertuin, weg aan de voorkant door klinkers gehorig.
