Nature house in Epe

You can tell that the house has been renovated. Everything still looks new and high quality. On arrival, everything was very clean and we immediately felt at home. A huge plus point goes to the separate room with its own shower and the toilet in the hallway. The heating control takes a bit of getting used to, but you get used to it eventually (it was really hot in the living rooms at first). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We don't get on at all with the combination appliances of microwave, oven and grill that seem to be standard in the Netherlands (but that's our personal bad luck). In the end, gas (cooking and heating) is billed separately and paid for in cash. Therefore, have cash available on departure. For those who need it: there is a stable and fast WLAN. The TV is a little older, but you can connect a laptop with the necessary cables. Lèon was always available and could always help.

Die Renovierung des Hauses merkt man diesem an. Alles sieht noch neu- und hochwertig aus. Bei der Anreise war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt geht an das separate Zimmer mit eigener Dusche und der Toilette auf dem Flur. Die Heizungssteuerung ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, bekommt man aber irgendwann auch hin (anfangs war es wirklich sehr heiß in den Wohnräumen). Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir kommen mit den Kombigeräten aus Mikrowelle, Backofen und Grill die es scheinbar standartmäßig in den Niederlanden gibt überhaupt nicht zurecht (ist aber unser persönliches Pech). Am Ende wird Gas (Kochen und Heizen) separat abgerechnet und Bar bezahlt. Deswegen Bargeld bei Abreise zur Verfügung haben. Für diejenige die es brauchen: es gibt ein stabiles und schnelles WLAN. Der Fernseher ist ein wenig älter, aber man kann mit den nötigen Kabeln einen Laptop anschließen. Lèon war immer ansprechbar und konnte immer helfen.

The house is located in a quiet wooded area in a bungalow park. The nearest town, Epe, can be easily reached by bike or on foot. We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet and watching the birds. From the house, you can start a wonderful long walk, a short hike or even a bike ride. The location is also an excellent starting point for visiting the next larger towns of Apeldoorn, Zwolle or the smaller town of Elburg.

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits an einem schönen ruhigen Waldstück in einem Bungalowpark. Die nächste Stadt Epe kann man bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichen oder auch zu Fuß. Die schöne Ruhe und das Beobachten der Vögel hat uns besonders gefallen. Vom Haus aus, kann man wunderbar einen schönen großen Spaziergang, eine kleine Wanderung oder auch eine Radtour starten. Ebenso bietet die Lage einen hervorragenden Startpunkt, um die nächstgrößeren Städte Apeldoorn, Zwolle oder auch das kleinere Städtchen Elburg zu besichtigen.

Spacious house, enough for 6 adults. 2 bathrooms is nice. 2 toilets top. Kitchen adequate. Sitting area fine.

Ruim huis, voldoende voor 6 volwassen personen. 2 badkamers is fijn. 2 wc's top. Keuken voldoende. Zithoek prima.

Small park. Quiet, no road audible. Forest within walking distance.

Klein park. Rustig, geen weg hoorbaar. Bos op loopafstand.

Beds a little on the soft side.

Bedden een beetje aan de zachte kant.

Great cottage , clean and everything is there. Beautiful surroundings.
