The room is located in the hamlet and is the best solution for those who prefer shorter stays but with more amenities, It is finely furnished with terracotta floors and exposed beams has a private bathroom with shower and courtesy line. From the window it has a view of the farmyard (area in front of the manor house) where in the past the chickens were kept to scratch around. At your disposal is a large 25-square-meter living room with tables and kitchen shared with other guests with an antique fireplace that offers the opportunity to relax while reading a good book or planning upcoming visits while taking advantage of the fast wifi connection. The room is within walking distance of the seasonal restaurant
Nature and surroundings
The property dates back to the distant 1400s, is surrounded by rolling hills with an unspoiled Chianti Rufina landscape and stretches along the right bank of the Sieve River only 30 km from Florence. It is the ideal vacation for families with children, for friends but also for couples who want to indulge in total relaxation lulled by the sounds of nature. Accommodatie is afgelegen en erg lastig te bereiken door steile klim op smal grindpad. De auto slipte regelmatig en raakte met de bodem de ondergrond.
De kamer was vrij klein, donker en de badkamer was verouderd en met schimmel. Een klein raam kon worden opengezet, maar er liepen mensen langs naar het kleine restaurant en entree van het gebouw. Er kon gebruik gemaakt worden van een gemeenschappelijke keuken. Buiten zitten kon alleen op een gezamenlijk terras. Er was een restaurant met een erg matige keuken. Ontbijt was redelijk, diner was ronduit slecht te noemen!Nature, peace & environment:Accommodatie staat op de heuvel met aan de ene zijde veel olijfbomen en aan de andere zijde bos.
