The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, it has a double entrance, front with a large loggia with a particular chandelier made from an old ox cart wheel, on the back instead it overlooks the lavender field. The apartment has a typical terracotta floor that contrasts with the wooden beams, has a large entrance hall with kitchen, sitting area and fireplace. A wide corridor will lead you to the master bedroom lit by a large window with a view, the bathroom with shower and the study with a desk in rustic and classic style.
Nature and surroundings
The property dates back to the distant 1400s, is surrounded by rolling hills with an unspoiled Chianti Rufina landscape and stretches along the right bank of the Sieve River only 30 km from Florence. It is the ideal vacation for families with children, for friends but also for couples who want to indulge in total relaxation lulled by the sounds of nature. In June 2021 we opened the restaurant that also offers breakfast service and a children's playground surrounded by the green park. To reach the facility there are 800 meters of road with stabilized
