Nature house in Hipstedt

See the information mentioned earlier. The first week was exhausting, but the second week was more relaxing. We were able to go biking and visit Bremen, Stade, and Bad Berkesea.

The cottage was wonderful, and so were the garden and the greenery surrounding it. It wasn’t an issue for us, but the stairs might pose some problems for some people.
The information about whether the vacation was a good fit was poor. I attribute this to the landlord, but also to the role played by nature house. The information booklet was minimal—we had to figure everything out on our own. Information found via Google was often incorrect as well. There were also inaccuracies from the tourist office. It’s a cycling area, but renting a bike required a train ride of over an hour. There was some skepticism about that, but we managed to get the bikes. We were reliant on bicycles. The first week was hectic. Nothing but Googling, hoping the information was (still) correct. The brochure listed local markets but didn’t include times, so we spent the whole day searching on our phones. Everything is geared toward hiking and biking (you have to bring your own bikes; this wasn’t mentioned).
Any towns worth visiting were a 45-minute drive away. Bremen was nice. It was convenient that there was also a train connection. It was within walking distance. There was one small shop nearby that sold everything. Fresh rolls were available to order. This wasn’t mentioned either.
Emergency numbers were missing.

Het huisje geweldig, en de tuin en groen erom heen ook. Voor ons geen punt, maar de trap kan voor sommigen wat problemen geven.
Informatie dat de vakantie passend is, slecht. Dit wijd ik aan de verhuurder, maar ook de rol van Natuurhuisje. Minieme infomap, alles zelf uitzoeken. Info via google klopte vaak ook niet. Via VVV waren ook missers. Fiets gebied, maar een fiets huren was ruim een uur met de trein. Daar was er wat sceptus, maar we kregen ze mee. Wij waren aangewezen op fietsen. De eerste week was hectisch. Niks anders dan googelen in de hoop dat de informatie (nog) klopte. Opsomming van marktjes in de map, geen tijden, dus de hele dag zoeken op je telefoon. Alles is gericht op wandelen en fietsen (zelf meenemen, niet gemeld).
Eventuele stadjes die de moeite waard zijn, 45 min rijden. Bremen leuk. Handig dat er ook een treinverbinding was. Was te voet bereikbaar. 1 winkeltje in de buurt, alles te koop. Verse broodjes op bestelling. Dit was ook niet vermeld.

Nice house, but the stairs leading upstairs were very steep and the design wasn't very pleasant.

Prima, rustige en groene omgeving.

A fantastic stay. I didn't give it a 10 because the peace and quiet was sometimes disrupted by a nearby road. It was especially busy because another road was closed. It's a shame, but we realize this is beyond our control.

Fantastisch verblijf. Geen 10 omdat de rust soms verstoord werd door een in de nabijheid gelegen weg. Deze was extra druk omdat een andere weg was afgesloten. Jammer, maar wij realiseren ons dat dit overmacht is.

The cottage has a cozy interior and is fully equipped. We also had access to a spacious, sheltered garden. We enjoyed every single day.

Het huisje heeft een gezellige inrichting en is zeer compleet uitgerust. Bovendien konden we gebruik maken van een ruime beschutte tuin. Wij hebben iedere dag genoten.
