Both from the living room and from the balcony of this vacation home you can see the boats and ships passing by at your feet. Here it feels like you are in the middle of nature. And so it is! But with the city of Dokkum within walking distance. The vacation homes are south facing and directly on the Dokkumer Grootdiep. Both in and around the house you have plenty of space and privacy. The interior is cozy and clean, with comfortable and quality items. Upstairs is the master bedroom with balcony, a second spacious bedroom and laundry room. On the first floor there is a third bedroom, bathroom with toilet and the living area with extended kitchen and living room. Experience the space! Check-in possible after 5:00 pm.
Nature and surroundings
Of course, we can say that we are proud of Dokkum's vacation park. But we don't just do that. The location on the water near Dokkum, in N-O Fryslân elevates the vacation park to a level where you meet two worlds; relaxing and discovering. Enjoy your vacation home, the garden, nature, water and with all facilities literally at your fingertips. Or discover Dokkum, fortified city of the Wad. Here you will find wonderful stores of all randomness, good restaurants with quality. Breathe in history at the Admiralty House or take a stroll through the historic city center. And how about the Wadden (islands), this nature reserve is one of the last remaining large-scale at low tide drying ecosystems where natural processes continue to function. And that is within biking distance from the vacation park. Sail to the Wadden Islands and feel the nature lover in you. A visit to NP the Lauwersmeer should certainly not be missed during your vacation.

Jacomien July 18, 2022 General rating:De huisjes zijn slechts een paar jaar oud dus alles is nog nieuw en netjes. Er is nagedacht over duurzaamheid, echter zijn er geen ramen aanwezig die open kunnen. Dat maakt dat je boven bij 1 slaapkamer überhaupt niet kunt ventileren, maar ook bij de slaapkamer beneden is er alleen een deur die open kan dus als je 's nachts graag frisse lucht wilt dan kan direct iedereen naar binnen stappen. Ook zijn er geen horren, waardoor we veel last hadden van muggen. Naar ons idee toch echt een tekortkoming van zo'n nieuw huisje, zeker gezien de hoogte van de huurprijs. Ondanks dat hebben we twee fijne weken gehad en hebben we genoten van alle bootjes die langs kwamen en de kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt in de speeltuin.
Nature, peace & environment:Nabij het huisje ligt de N361 en aan de overkant van het Dokkumergrootdiep kijk je uit op een bestratingsbedrijf, dat is jammer. Het vakantiepark op zich is kleinschalig en goed verzorgd.

Met 3 grote slaapkamers, zelfs n wasmachine was aanwezig.
Wat we wel miste, met 6 volwassenen, was n extra badkamer/toiletNature, peace & environment:Prachtige omgeving, perfecte omgeving om te fietsen , of relaxed in n bootje varen.
