This nature house is located on the southeast side of the property, with a view of the Wijde Ee and the meadows. It is a 70 m2 wooden waterfront house that sleeps six, with three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, one has two single beds, and one has a bunk bed. A large shared dock with a terrace and picnic table is located 80 meters away, right on the open waterway. Together with Skries and Goudûle, Ljip can also be rented as group accommodations for ten to sixteen people. Inside, there is a wood stove. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and an electric stove. There is approximately 400 m² of open space around the cottage. Dogs are welcome—up to two—at a cost of 25 euros per dog per stay. The beds are not made upon arrival; you can book made-up beds as an add-on. Bath towels and kitchen linens are included.
Nature and surroundings
You’ll be staying at our location: twelve wooden waterfront lodges and three group accommodations spread across three hectares, right next to De Alde Feanen National Park. The property is located on the Wijde Ee. From this lake, you can boat—without crossing any bridges—to Grou or De Alde Feanen, and in the opposite direction to Akkrum and the Sneekermeer. The area is surrounded by meadows, reed beds, and canals, and the sounds of birds are all you’ll hear. Cars are parked in the central parking lot, which has six charging stations; you can walk to your cabin with a luggage cart. On the grounds, there is a playground, a play area, a table tennis table, and a water slide that ends in the lake. You can rent the floating sauna in two-hour blocks, and upon request, it can be taken out onto the lake. You can rent a rowboat, canoe, or stand-up paddleboard on-site. The village and train station of Akkrum are 4 kilometers away, Grou is 10 kilometers away, and Leeuwarden is 20 kilometers away. Akkrum has held Green Key Gold certification since 2024 and is a fireworks-free zone.

Heerlijk ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien
Heerlijk lekker rustig en s morgens genieten van de opkomende zon en overvliegende ganzen, aalscholvers en een huppelende haas over het veld

Heerlijke omgeving, prachtig huis waar we ons meteen thuis voelden. Zeer schoon.
Wij hadden een bijzonder mooi uitzicht vanuit het huis.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
