The annex is a one-story detached nature house outside the walls of the main structure. It features a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and a kitchen/dining room. There is a private veranda overlooking the garden and pool. The decor is tasteful and offers a blend of traditional Sicilian and contemporary design. The bedroom is air conditioned. The owners, Luben and Elena, live in the main house and speak fluent English and Italian. The property is in close proximity to the towns of Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and Scicli, all designated UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE sites for their outstanding Baroque architecture. In addition, the charming fishing village of Marzamemi is 10 minutes away. Many sandy Mediterranean and Ionian beaches are within a 5- or 15-minute drive.
