The cottage has a private pool (8mx4m), heated from June - October, terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and plancha gas, petanque game and table tennis table. On the ground floor: large hall with library, open kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven. Living room with wood stove, TV with Canal + and Canal Sat, Internet WiFi, central vacuum cleaner, washer and dryer. 3 Bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower: bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) and bathroom with shower, bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm) (or 1 double bed (160 cm) with shower and toilet, separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with (possibly) a small extra bed. In winter, from a comfortably heated house sitting around the stove, you can watch nature through the large windows. During the summer months, only available by the week (Saturday to Saturday). Pets not allowed.

Panoramic view of the surrounding Sauzet vineyards and forests. You can discover the famous black Malbec wine in the numerous wineries of the Lot. Cycling, walking through many famous villages and unmissable tourist attractions: Rocamadour, St Cirq Lapopie, Lauzerte.... Discover remarkable natural heritage. The Lot is known for its gastronomy.
