Detached, renovated finca, located in a quiet area on a spacious, fenced-in lot with a gate. The nature house features 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cozy living room, a kitchen, and two large terraces, one of which is covered. Ideal for families with children and for those who enjoy hiking, biking, and mountain biking. The house is located in a small hamlet 2 km from Villalonga, near the beautiful, peaceful, and natural surroundings of La Safor and the Serpis River. It is also close to the sea (16 km). Just 200 meters away is a spring where you can get pure spring water all year round. If you value privacy, peace, and quiet, and a view of a valley or the sea is less important to you, then this is the ideal home for you.
Nature and surroundings
Villalonga is a municipality in the Spanish province of Valencia, in the Valencia region, with an area of 43 km². Villalonga has a population of 4,375. The village of Villalonga has all the necessary amenities, a few good restaurants, and many small bars. There is also a market twice a week, as well as a health center, a pharmacy, and many other small shops. In addition, a new public swimming pool has recently been built. Beautiful white-sand beaches can be found 16 km away in places such as Belreguard, Daimus, and Gandia-Grau. Gandia-Grau also has a lovely promenade. Gandia is a city 12 km away, with a rich history, museums, and many large shopping centers. The old town is very charming, with many small shops and bars; it resembles Valencia but is much cheaper and far less touristy. You can park for free everywhere, except in the four parking garages, where the cost is €5 per day. By train, you can reach the center of Valencia in about an hour, where there are also many sights to see.
