Detached renovated Finca, located in a quiet area, on a spacious fenced plot with gate. The nature house has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cozy living room, a kitchen and two large terraces, one of which is covered. Suitable for families with children and for people who love hiking, cycling and mountain biking. The house is located in a small hamlet 2 km from Villalonga, near the beautiful, quiet and natural surroundings of la Safor and of the river Serpis. At the same time, the house is also close to the sea (16 km). 200 meters away is a spring where you can get pure spring water all year round. If you love privacy, peace and quiet, and a view over a valley or sea view is less important to you, then this is an ideal house for you.
Nature and surroundings
Villalonga is a municipality in the Spanish province of Valencia in the Valencia Region with an area of 43 km². Villalonga has 4,375 inhabitants. The village of Villalonga has all amenities and a few good restaurants and many bars. There is also a market twice a week and a health center, drugstore and many other stores. A new public swimming pool has just been built. At 16 km distance there are beautiful white beaches in, for example, Belreguard, Daimus and Gandia-Grau. In Gandia-Grau there is also a beautiful promenade. Gandia is a city 12 km away, with a rich history, museums and many large shopping centers. . The old center is very cozy with many stores and bars, and resembles Valencia, but is much cheaper and is much less touristy. You can park everywhere for free, except in the 4 parking garages the cost is € 5 per day. By train you will be in the center of Valencia in an hour, where there are also many attractions.
