Charming, fully renovated gîte in the heart of a farm. The estate comprises 7 gîtes, a swimming pool, a play area and a hall to be shared with different families. The main room on one level is equipped with a kitchenette (gas stove with 5 burners and oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with small freezer), a dining area and a living area. Also on the first floor are a shower room and separate toilet. The main room opens onto a south-west-facing terrace shaded by a pergola with garden furniture. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with three single beds (90 cm) and one with a double bed (160 cm). The gîte has central heating, so is open all year round. All our gîtes are classified 2** (prefectural classification). On site, you can enjoy horse-riding and outdoor activities.

Places and villages to discover in the Minervois region: Minerve (Cathar capital), Olargues, La Salvetat-sur-Agout (classified Most Beautiful Village in France), Gorges d'Héric, the Lakes, Canal du Midi (classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Fontfroide Abbey, the Sidobre... Cities : Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan, Montpellier... Discoveries: Sigean African reserve, Devèze cave, Textile Museum... Numerous restaurants are within easy reach of the gîtes and the Riding School. And, of course, the Languedoc Roussillon region's farm produce: goat's cheese, honey, wine, vegetables, fruit, chestnuts, jams... There's something for everyone!
