Nature and surroundings
Our rural nature house is located in the Pallieter country with its wide landscapes, its Netevalleys and winding dikes. An ideal place for cycling and walking! Nearby is the nature reserve De Jutse Plassen, 3 Forts, the petting zoo "Het Ostrichnest". Deer, pheasants, hares, herons and swans occasionally visit us in the meadow next to our garden! The residence is located 6 km from the city center of Lier with its historical monuments, the Zimmer Tower, the Beguinage and many cozy terraces and stores. There is a lot to do Boat trip on the Nete, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, mini golf, parks, playgrounds, city vests, tennis. The nature reserves "Kesselse Heide", "Averegten" and "Kruiskesberg" are a must! The "Azelhof" for horse lovers, is nearby. In the village center nearby, you have 2 bakers 2 butchers, grocery stores, restaurant, ATM, tavern, cafes. Guests get pp 25 benefit vouchers for catering, activities, museums etc.
