The cottage itself is wonderfully cozy and lovingly equipped there is plenty of entertainment: games, books, table tennis, badminton, archery, trampoline, go-kart, fire pit, BBQ and a canopy so you can continue to enjoy the forest even in cooler weather. The spacious sloping woodland garden is fully fenced which gave our dog the freedom to roam around all day on his own. Through a garden gate you walk straight into the forest where you can enjoy a nice walk. The environment is varied (forest, meadows, old mill, fens, village). Indeed you sometimes hear a car or the railroad echoing in the woods but this hardly affected our nature cottage experience. The wifi is good but the screens were hardly looked at this week! (finally!). We are definitely worth repeating!
