Villa is located on the sunny side of a hill 200 m above sea level, the absolute protagonist is the view of the endless valley and the SUN from morning to evening that creates wonderful atmospheres of light until sunset with breathtaking scenery. The typical Tuscan countryside with cultivated hills, olive trees and vineyards will immerse you in a dimension of relaxation to enjoy the dolce vita. Villa and consists of 2 apartments and 1 studio apartment and can accommodate up to 18 people. It has air conditioning in all rooms. Outside is a loggia with table and chairs for all, a furnished garden with panoramic views, terrace with table and 2 barbecues. The pool is shared but has a private part of the surrounding garden with deck chairs and sun loungers. There are 8 bedrooms (4 doubles and 4 rooms that can be used as quad, triple, twin or double if needed), 5 bathrooms (each with shower, bidet, toilet, sink).

There are 8 bedrooms (5 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms that can be used as quadruples, triples or doubles if necessary), 5 bathrooms (each with shower, bidet, toilet and sink). All apartments are on the ground floor each with an independent entrance and each has its own equipped kitchen and barbecue.
