The rustic house dates from the early 20th century and is surrounded by olive trees that characterize the landscape. The rustico is on two floors for a total of 160m² divided into: on the ground floor, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a laundry room and a bathroom with shower; on the PP there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Outside the farmhouse there is a large panoramic terrace, a relaxation room and an underground swimming pool (8x4 h1.2/1.5). The whole property is fenced.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in Buti (Pi), a small medieval village at the foot of Monte Serra, surrounded by thousands of olive trees. At the Casale it is possible to go for walks thanks to the many paths immersed in nature, among woods, olive groves and streams.
