Detached cottage The house consists of entrance on large living room equipped with fireplace and wood stove, kitchenette. Through an internal staircase leads to the upstairs where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with wood stove Underneath the house is storage room with table soccer, bicycles, wood for heating and washing machine. In addition, the house is equipped with WiFi television and microwave oven. The front door is armored and the windows are fitted with protective grilles. The small lawn surrounding the house belongs to the property but is unfenced with right-of-way.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located is completely immersed in a chestnut forest, at an altitude of 850 Mt, in a small uninhabited hamlet, reachable by car , the last part of the road is unpaved. Surrounded by a small meadow that accesses the forest directly . From every window of the house you can see in the early morning wild animals such as roe deer hares wild boars and sometimes the buzzard that goes to water in the fountain located in the center of the small hamlet. It is 50 km from Turin and is in Val Chisone a few kilometers from Fenestrelle, Prali, Pragelato,Sestriere etc. ski resorts and suitable for trekking or mountain biking.
