Nature house 1 hour from Versilia and 45 minutes from 5 terre. Completely renovated villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7/8 and/or + people. It has two large rooms with 4 beds (+ 2 beds for children < 4 years old) and two comfortable double sofa beds placed in the living room . There are 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a large 2-seater Teuco whirlpool tub inserted in the floor. Completing the house is the dining room with a nice, modernly equipped kitchen: equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, 8-seater table, oven, microwave, etc...On the large patio in front, there is another table for 8 people, beach beds and umbrellas, a large barbeque on wheels, plus a shady bamboo gazebo, covered, 4X4 mt. with additional table and 8 chairs, refrigerator and a sofa. Air conditioning not required. There is an extra €10 each above 5 people. Prices vary in the season depending on the period.
Nature and surroundings
Located at 600 meters above sea level, immersed in the fresh green of chestnut forests, far from any noise of civilization, next to a spring of the purest water, it is the ideal place for a relaxing and invigorating vacation. Ideal location also for sportsmen who love trekking, mountain-biking and horses, as it is located in the center of hiking trails with CAI signs , which allow discoprire lakes, streams, castles perched and old stone villages where time seems to have stopped, but that in summer come alive with medieval festivals and food and wine festivals. There are several places and restaurants in the area with typical local and non-local cuisine, devoid of roadblocks on the way back.
