The breeding present in the Estate and left to graze in the wild, provides products of excellent quality and also the 'garden, completely surrounded by the forest and cultivated exclusively with natural methods, produces vegetables and vegetables with a unique flavor, all expertly used in the kitchen for our proposals at the table. The scoparello forest and the whole surrounding area is characterized by different elements than the classic murgia.
