This nature house stands in a fantastic setting within the Alta Murgia National Park in the Scoparello forest. The Estate, just 10km from Ruvo di Puglia, was born immersed in a beautiful oak forest, an unusual and uncontaminated context that can offer guests a wide range of opportunities to spend moments of true contact with nature under the banner of tranquility, beauty and, why not, good food! The breeding present in the Estate and left to graze in the wild, provides products of excellent quality and also the 'garden, completely surrounded by the forest and cultivated exclusively with natural methods, produces vegetables and vegetables with a unique flavor, all expertly used in the kitchen for our proposals at the table. In this natural, relaxing and unspoiled setting, it is possible to stay in one of the 6 fantastic apartments
Nature and surroundings
The scoparello forest and the whole surrounding area is characterized by different elements than the classic murgia. The presence of these oaks gives unique views and emotions, especially in the autumn period when with the rains the forest gives its fruits: the much-loved mushrooms! The presence of all this green conveys a feeling of tranquility and relaxation, several studies show how "immersing oneself in the woods" helps to reduce pressure, stress, prevent heart attacks and strengthen the immune system. In Japan they call this technique Shinrin yoku, "walking immersed in the woods" is not limited to a simple walk, it is not trekking or hiking, but is more of an exercise that leads us to absorb nature and the greenery around us.

Soddisfacente
Immersi nel Parco dell’AltaMurgia, lontani dal caos cittadino estivo. In una
masseria funzionante, con animali ben tenuti e un ottimo ristorante. -

Je verblijft in een ruime slaapkamer en een aparte ruime woonkamer met open keuken, eettafel en stoelen. Je hebt een eigen badkamer. Alles is gloednieuw en schoon. Het ziet er strak uit. De koelkast en vriezer koelden goed en waren ook ruim. De airco en het fornuis werkten (nog) niet, maar dat staat dan ook in de beschrijving. Er zijn (nog) geen pannen en servies of koffiefaciteiten. Wel zijn er handdoeken en badproducten.
Terwijl het buiten 32C was, bleef het binnen 25C dankzij de dikke stenen muren, houten luiken en hoge plafonds.
Wij hadden de indruk dat er vier van deze kamers zijn.
Overdag verblijft het jonge gezin met grootouders in één van de kamers wat bijdraagt aan het gevoel deel uit te maken van het dagelijkse leven in Italië.
Aan het begin van de omrit zagen we een koe en een ezel. Er worden ergens zwarte varkens gehouden. De kalkoen hebben we niet gezien.
Al met al voelden we ons hier enorm welkom en bevoorrecht.Mooi landschap met olijfbomen, wijnranken en amandelbomen. Je rijdt deels over onverharde wegen om er te komen. De laatste 1,5 km voert door een mooi bos met oude stenen muurtjes. Er is veel ruimte en ‘s avonds waan je je alleen op de wereld met alleen de krekels om je heen.
Voor de lunch is het restaurant erg druk en staat de parkeerplaats vol auto’s, maar aan het eind van de middag is het met recht een natuurhuisje.
Doordat je kamer wat verderop zit van het restaurant, heb je er geen last van.
Het diner was fantastisch. Wij zaten als enige gasten op de buitenplaats en kregen de lekkerste biologische gerechten van eigen teelt. De jonge eigenaar was bijzonder vriendelijk en enthousiast. Zijn acht honden waren ook vriendeljk en niet opdringerig.
