This nature house offers a beautiful and spacious vacation home situated in the land of Þverá in Eyjafjordur country, only 10 km from Akureyri. The house is well furnished to accommodate up to 8 people. There are two bedrooms with quine beds and a sleeping loft with two quine beds, total beds for eight people. There is also a cot and a highchair for infants. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The living room and kitchen are in a joint area, where you can find a good leather sofa, a TV, a dinner table and chairs. The living room has a gorgeous fireplace, and from there you can get out into the terrace. The terrace has a hot tub, a gas barbecue and patio furniture. Bed linen and towels are provided, as shampoo, hairdryer, toilet-paper, soap and other things for the kitchen.

The guesthouse offers a nine-hole golf course, free of charge for guests staying in the house. There is an excellent view from the house, which is available all year round, and it’s a perfect location for admiring a beautiful sunset as well as the Northern Lights. It takes 12 minutes to drive into the town Akureyri, only 10 km away, there you have all kinds of grocery store, shops, commercial mall, restaurants, and bars. In the neighbourhood you will find a caffe house, a restaurant Lamb-inn, the swimming-pool at Hrafnagil village, and the Christmas garden, just to mention few.
