In the beautiful landscape of a protected area we have renovated a country house and an hayloft and created two lovely holiday homes located just 10 minutes walk from some of the most beautiful and lakeside beaches. This renovated nature house has an open plan kitchen with a large window that floods with natural light. Upstairs there is a little living room with a couch. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area where meals can be enjoyed with a view of the outside from the glass doors that open onto the garden. Leading off from the dining area there are two bathrooms, one of which is a half bathroom and the other has a large shower. The two bedrooms consist of the main bedroom and the other with bunk beds overlooking out onto the garden. Outside there is a private garden surrounded by the woods from which the guests can take walks on different paths either up into the hills or to the nearby lake beaches. Nature and surroundings
We are surrounded by woods up in the hills surrounding Piona Bay (Baia di Piona), and only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Colico. The road (1 km) leading to the property is unpaved, steep and narrow in some places not suitable for cars with low ground clearance. The parking area is free and is located 50 meters from the property. The nearest restaurants are located only 1 km from the house. We recommend you to get your supplies before arrival as the village with supermarkets is about 5 km away from the house. This coutry house is surrounded by nature, wonderful walks start straight from the door, easy strolls along the forest and the lake enjoying the wonderful wildlife and wild flowers.

Auch das Willkommen heißen war super. Wir bekamen alles was wir brauchten, keine Fragen blieben offen und ich hätte auch jeder Zeit Kontakt aufnehmen können, wäre doch etwas gewesen. Wie ich finde ist das auch immer sehr beruhigend.
