This naturehouse has a total of 13 apartments and a beautiful 16x8-meter swimming pool with a solarium area cantilevered over the valley, surrounded by greenery, from which you can have a magnificent view of the forest below. All apartments are equipped with kitchen, air conditioning and private outdoor space. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful green park equipped with barbecue and children's play area . Internet wi-fi is available throughout the property. Home-grown vegetables and oil can be purchased on the farm. Apartments with private garden or with fenced terrace are available, therefore suitable for those traveling with their dogs. The location is perfect to reach cities of art or the wonderful beaches of the Etruscan Coast (20-25 km). The nearest town is Suvereto (6km), a wonderful medieval village .

The villa is situated at the top of a private hillock , surrounded only by nature. A centuries-old forest with unique charm. When you wake up you will hear only the chirping of birds or the cicadas singing in the summer. Serraiola is the ideal starting point to discover the wonders of 'Tuscan architecture. From the nearby medieval villages such as Suvereto "city of wine" , to historic and famous art cities such as Pisa , Volterra , San Gimignano , Pitigliano "the little Tuscan Jerusalem" , Barga "the town that inspired Pascoli" , all reachable in a day out of town . Serraiola Alta is only about 25 km from the wonderful Etruscan Coast , sandy beaches and crystal clear water , locations such as the Gulf of Baratti , Torre Mozza , Follonica . Sports enthusiasts can find in Maremma multiple opportunities to practice their favorite discipline or try their hand at the many activities offered
